The nearest stops are Redi, Ponte all'Asse and San Donato Università. For the centre take the tram towards San Marco Università; for the airport, towards Peretola Aeroporto.
Get off at Alamanni Stazione. From there it's a walk to Santa Maria Novella and the historic centre.

Yes. By law we register the identity documents of all guests and report them to the police authorities (Questura): we'll ask you to send them before you arrive, since check-in is self-service. The City of Florence tourist tax is not included in the price: €6 per person per night, for up to 7 nights, with children under 12 exempt. It is paid on arrival, with a receipt.
Yes. From Peretola airport the T2 tram reaches the Redi stop in about a quarter of an hour, with no changes.
